It's two minutes until the New Year and this is my last post for the year. Music and fireworks are blasting all around me right now (Gangnam Style), and I'm frantically typing this, hoping to get this in just before the New Year.
I wish you all the best in your goals and resolutions for 2013.
But just in case, be careful about buying that premium Gold membership at your local gym.
Achievable goals is the key to success, and I hope you all achieve your goals and have a successful 2013!
